CAUSALES DE LIBERTAD. La persona reclamada será puesta en libertad incondicional si dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a la fecha de su detención no se hubiere formalizado la petición de extradición, o si transcurrido el término de treinta (30) días desde cuando fue puesta a disposición del Estado requirente éste no procedió a su traslado. En los casos aquí previstos, la persona no podrá ser detenida nuevamente por el mismo motivo.
