DERECHO DE DEFENSA. Desde el momento en que se inicie el trámite de extradición la persona tendrá derecho a designar un defensor. Si al llegar el expediente a la Corte Suprema de Justicia, no lo hubiere hecho, se le nombrará uno de oficio.
