DETENCION PREVENTIVA. NOTA DIPLOMATICA. El Ministerio de Justicia decretará la detención de la persona requerida tan pronto reciba la solicitud formal de extradición, o antes, si así lo pide el Estado requirente mediante nota en que exprese la plena identidad de la persona, la circunstancia de haberse proferido en su contra sentencia condenatoria o auto de comparecencia en juicio y la urgencia de tal medida.
