Recibida la documentación, el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores ordenará que pasen las diligencias al Ministerio de Justicia junto con el concepto que exprese si es del caso proceder con sujeción a convenciones o usos internacionales o si se debe obrar de acuerdo con las normas de este Código.
