REQUISITOS PARA CONCEDERLA U OFRECERLA. Para que pueda ofrecerse o concederse la extradición se requiere, además

Que el hecho que la motiva también esté previsto como delito en Colombia y reprimido con una sanción privativa de la libertad no inferior a cuatro años, y

Que por lo menos se haya dictado en el exterior resolución de acusación o su equivalente.
