RITOS PROCESALES. Si la autoridad extranjera solicitare la práctica de alguna diligencia bajo ciertas formalidades precisas, el juez o autoridad colombiana comisionados para ello la practicarán de conformidad con lo pedido, siempre que las formalidades no contraríen los principios y garantías consagrados por la Constitución o las leyes colombianas.
