TRAMITE. El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores hará llegar las solicitudes tramitadas por la vía diplomática al Tribunal Superior del Distrito, en Sala de Decisión Penal, en donde deban practicarse las diligencias, en el menor término posible para que éste autorice y designe el juez o funcionario que deba practicarlas.
