APLAZAMIENTO. Si la conducta del solicitante no lo hiciere acreedor a la rehabilitación, según los documentos presentados, se aplazará la concesión de ella por un periodo no mayor del determinado en el Artículo 92 del Código Penal. La providencia respectiva será comunicada a las mismas entidades mencionadas en el Artículo 638.
