EXONERACION DEL PAGO DE PERJUICIOS. La Obligación de pagar los perjuicios provenientes de un hecho punible, en los términos señalados por el juez, conforme a este Código, para gozar de la condena de ejecución condicional o de la libertad condicional, no será exigida cuando el condenado demuestre que se encuentra en imposibilidad de hacerlo.
