CONDICION PARA APLICAR EL ARTÍCULO 74 DEL CODIGO PENAL. Para los efectos del Artículo 74 del Código Penal, se considerará que el liberado condicionalmente ha cometido un nuevo delito, una vez que se halle en firme la sentencia que lo declare responsable. La revocación podrá decretarse de oficio o a petición de los encargados de la vigilancia.
