MEDIDA DE SEGURIDAD PARA INDIGENA INIMPUTABLE. Cuando se trate de indígena inimputable por inmadurez psicológica y se le imponga como medida de seguridad su reintegro al medio ambiente natural, se oficiará a la División e Asuntos Indígenas del Ministerio de Gobierno, para que provea su regreso a la región a que pertenece.
