INTERNACION PARA ENFERMO MENTAL PERMANENTE O TRANSITORIO CON SECUELA. Cuando se imponga la medida de seguridad correspondiente a un inimputable por enfermedad mental permanente o transitoria con secuela, el juez oficiar al Director del Establecimiento Psiquiátrico, para que se proceda al tratamiento adecuado.
