LUGAR DONDE DEBE CUMPLIRSE LA SANCION. Recibidas las copias de la sentencia, el Director General de Prisiones, señalará el establecimiento donde el condenado debe cumplir la sanción y dará aviso de ello al funcionario sentenciador y al fiscal respectivo, quienes vigilarán el cumplimiento de ella o comisionarán al juez o fiscal de la misma categoría, del lugar donde se hallare el respectivo establecimiento, para los fines del presente Artículo.
