PAGO COERCITIVO DE LA MULTA. Para hacer efectiva la contribución señalada por el juez bastará la orden librada al habilitado de la oficina en que preste sus servicios el padre. El habilitado o patrón de la oficina responderá personalmente si no cumplieren la orden respectiva. Cuando hubiere que perseguir ejecutivamente el pago en bienes de los padres, adelantará la acción ante el juzgado competente el defensor curador de menores. La actuación se hará en papel común y servirá de título ejecutivo la copia autorizada por el juez de menores de la parte pertinente de la sentencia.
