GUARDA CONFIADA A PERSONA DISTINTA A LOS PADRES. Siempre que el juez de menores considere que los padres no son aptos para ejercer la guarda de sus hijos menores y resuelva confiarla a otras personas o a establecimientos públicos o privados, determinará en la sentencia la cuota mensual con que deberán contribuir aquéllos, la que deberá fijarse teniendo en cuenta la responsabilidad de los padres y principalmente la capacidad económica de los mismos.
