ABSOLUCION. En caso de que el juez de menores deba absolver a un menor por carencia de pruebas, pero respecto del cual se hubiere comprobado en el juicio que se halla en estado de abandono o de peligro físico o moral, tomará el funcionario todas las medidas encaminadas a la preservación del menor.
