LIBERTAD VIGILADA. La libertad vigilada consiste en confiar el menor a su propia familia, o a una extraña honorable, o a un establecimiento industrial o agrícola, bajo las condiciones que el juez señale, mediante caución suficiente, si lo juzga necesario, y bajo la vigilancia del juez o de los delegados de estudio y vigilancia.
