REFORMA, SUSTITUCION Y CESACION DE LA MEDIDA. El juez podrá en cualquier tiempo reformar, y hacer cesar la medida impuesta a un menor; pero para hacerlo necesitará, en caso de que el menor se halle en establecimiento de educación, del concepto favorable del director respectivo, o el del consejo de disciplina del establecimiento, si se tratare de un establecimiento de reeducación.
