EXPEDICION DE COPIAS PARA JUEZ DE MENORES. Cuando en la investigación de un delito, seguida por las autoridades ordinarias, resulte comprometido un menor, el funcionario ordenará sacar copia de lo pertinente para enviarla, si fuere el caso, de acuerdo con el Artículo 577, inmediatamente ante el juez de menores. Esta diligencia tendrá prelación sobre cualquier otra.
