SANCION POR INCUMPLIMIENTO DE CITA JUDICIAL. Cuando los que sean citados al despacho para la práctica de alguna diligencia, no concurran sin causa justa, podrán ser conminados con multa hasta de cinco mil pesos, que se hará efectiva en caso de segunda desobediencia, sin perjuicio de hacerlos concurrir por medio de la Policía.
