IRRESPETO A LA AUTORIDAD. SANCIONES. Cuando los que comparezcan ante el juez de menores falten, de palabra o por escrito, al respeto, consideración y obediencia debidos a la autoridad, después de amonestados, si insistieren, podrán ser sancionados con multa hasta de cinco mil pesos y con arresto hasta de cinco días.
