PROHIBICION DE EXPEDIR CERTIFICACIONES. EXCEPCION. No podrán expedirse certificaciones de las diligencias practicadas por el juzgado de menores en las actuaciones relacionadas con menores; pero los juzgados civiles podrán solicitar copia de la parte pertinente de una sentencia del juzgado de menores, en la que se declare autor o participe de una infracción penal a un menor, y con el sólo objeto de fundamentar la acción civil correspondiente.
