SANCIONES. Las infracciones a lo dispuesto en los dos Artículos anteriores serán sancionadas sumariamente por el juez de menores, con la sola prueba de que se ha incurrido en la infracción, con multas de cien a cien mil pesos, por cada vez convertibles en arresto, a razón de un día por cada cinco pesos. Contra las resoluciones dictadas por el juez en virtud de este Artículo no habrá otro recurso que el de reposición de la providencia. Tales resoluciones serán comunicadas al Administrador de Hacienda Nacional del respectivo departamento, para que las haga efectivas y envíe al juzgado el comprobante.
