REPRESENTACION DEL MENOR. INTERVENCION DE ABOGADOS. El menor comparecerá personalmente ante el juez de menores; podrán acompañarlo sus padres o personas de quienes dependa. En este acto, así como en lo relacionado con la defensa del menor, puede nombrarse apoderado, pero su actuación atenderá a los fines de esta justicia, es decir, a la aplicación de la medida que más convenga al menor y no exclusivamente al factor probatorio en lo que hace relación a la participación en la infracción.
