ENVIO DE DILIGENCIAS. COMPARECENCIA DEL MENOR. Si la infracción del menor ocurrió en otro municipio o en cualquier corregimiento, una vez perfeccionadas las diligencias sumarias, serán enviadas al juez de menores, quien resolverá lo conveniente al menor. En caso de que el juez solicite la presencia del menor, el funcionario de Policía podrá conceder fianza suficiente que garantice la comparecencia del menor, a fin de que no sea conducido por la Policía.
