DEVOLUCION DE AUTOS. El Presidente del Senado, cuando éste instruya el proceso, o la comisión instructora, en su caso, cumplido que sea el término por el cual se hubieren entregado los autos, exigirá su devolución, pudiendo usar para ello los apremios de multa o arresto.
