DECISION SOBRE LAS RECUSACIONES Corresponde al Senado decidir sobre las recusaciones propuestas, para cuya prueba se concederá al interesado el término de seis (6) días. Si el proceso se instruyere por comisión, ante ésta se ventilará el incidente; concluido el término de seis (6) días de que se ha hablado, la comisión dará cuenta al Senado para que éste resuelva.
