LECTURA, DISCUSION Y VOTACION DEL INFORME. El día señalado, que no podrá ser para después de tres, se leerá ante el Senado el informe de la Comisión y los que el acusador y los Senadores pidan que se lean. El acusador podrá tomar parte en la discusión del informe; pero cerrada ésta se retirará, y el Senado votará las proposiciones de la comisión y las que hayan sido materia de discusión.
