IMPEDIMENTOS DE SENADORES. Presentada la acusación, el Presidente advertirá a los Senadores el deber en que están de manifestar si tienen algún impedimento para conocer como jueces en aquel negocio. Si alguno o algunos de los Senadores manifestaren estar impedidos, el Senado tomará en consideración los impedimentos que aleguen y resolverá sobre ellos.
