INFORMES A LA CAMARA. Cuando en la investigación de algún delito el funcionario de instrucción o juez descubriere que en él ha tenido participación cualquiera de las personas que deban ser juzgadas por el Senado, pasará inmediatamente las diligencias informativas a la Cámara de Representantes, para que decida si es o no del caso proponer acusación ante el Senado.
