DECISION DEL SUPERIOR SOBRE VEREDICTO. Si fuere apelado el auto que declara la contraevidencia, y el Tribunal Superior lo confirmare, el juez convocar nuevo jurado. En caso contrario ordenará devolver el expediente para que se dicte sentencia de acuerdo con el veredicto.
