DECISION DEL JURADO. Terminado el debate oral, el juez exhortará a los jurados acerca de la gravedad del juramento que prestaron y los separará para que contesten el cuestionario o cuestionarios respectivos que se les entregará inmediatamente a fin de que emitan su veredicto. Cada uno de los jurados deberá contestar los cuestionarios que le hayan sido entregados con un "si" o un "no" exclusivamente. Cualquier agregado a la respuesta se entenderá como no escrito. La decisión de la mayoría constituye el veredicto. El escrutinio de la decisión constará en acta que suscribirán inmediatamente el juez, los jurados y el secretario.
