FORMULACION SEPARADA DE CUESTIONARIOS. Cuando sean varios los delitos por los cuales se hubiere proferido resolución acusatoria contra un mismo procesado, se formularán separadamente los cuestionarios sobre cada uno de aquéllos, como si se tratare de acusados distintos. Cuando el delito sea el mismo y varios los sindicados, también se propondrán separadamente los cuestionarios respecto de cada, uno de ellos.
