REEMPLAZO DEL JURADO EN LA AUDIENCIA. Llegado el día y la hora de la celebración de la audiencia, deberán comparecer los seis (6) jurados sorteados. Si faltare uno principal, se reemplazará por el suplente siguiendo el orden señalado en el acta de sorteo. El jurado con el cual se inicie la audiencia continuará hasta la terminación de ella, salvo que ocurriere la muerte o le sobrevenga enfermedad grave que imposibilite su presencia, antes de que inicie el debate oral, en cuyo evento uno de los restantes sorteados lo reemplazará. Si la muerte o enfermedad se produjere cuando se hubiere adelantado el debate oral, se llamará como jurado a los tres restantes sorteados y con ellos se realizará la audiencia.
