SANCION AL JURADO RENUENTE. Cuando la persona designada como jurado se ausentare para no ser notificada o en cualquier otra forma tratare de rehuir la notificación, el juez, previo el informe correspondiente del secretario, la declarará renuente y le impondrá la sanción establecida en el Artículo 418.
