MANIFESTACION DEL IMPEDIMENTO LEGAL. Cuando alguno de los jurados sorteados tuviere impedimento legal para desempeñar el cargo, deberá manifestarlo en el acto mismo de la notificación o de su elección; pero la prueba podrá ser presentada dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes.
