FORMACION DE LISTAS. Anualmente, cada juez superior elaborará una lista de jurados de conciencia, en número que determinará previamente la Sala Penal del respectivo Tribunal Superior y la enviará a ésta en el mes de octubre. El primero de diciembre, la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior respectivo seleccionará por sorteo, de entre todas las listas enviadas a ella, la correspondiente para cada uno de los juzgados y el Presidente la enviará inmediatamente.
