AUDIENCIA ANTE EL JURADO DE CONCIENCIA. Cuando se trate de los delitos de homicidio, rebelión o Sedición y los conexos con estos, el juez superior al que haya correspondido el proceso, notificados todos los jurados, dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes señalará día y hora para la celebración de la audiencia, la que se llevará a cabo dentro de los veinte (20) días siguientes. Desde el momento de tal notificación el expediente quedará en la secretaria a disposición de las partes para su estudio.
