CAMBIO DE COMPETENCIA. Cuando de la prueba aportada en el juicio se concluya que el juzgamiento de los hechos punibles o de las personas vinculadas corresponde a otro juez, se le enviará el expediente. En caso de que éste acepte la competencia, aplicará el trámite correspondiente.
