DECISIONES DIFERIDAS.A menos que se trate de la libertad, de la detención del acusado, o de la práctica de pruebas, el juez podrá diferir para el momento de dictar sentencia, las decisiones que deba tomar respecto de las peticiones hechas por las partes en el curso del juicio, cuando éstas no afecten sustancialmente el trámite. La determinación de diferir la tomará mediante auto de sustanciación.
