MEDIDAS RESPECTO DE TESTIGOS. Los testimonios no pueden ser recibidos en presencia de quienes aún no hubieren declarado en la audiencia. Con este fin el juez puede ordenar que se retiren de la sala las personas que no hubieren rendido testimonio y tomará las medidas necesarias para evitar que reciban informes al respecto.
