AUTO DE CONTROL DE LEGALIDAD. Recibida la Resolución de acusación, el juez de conocimiento revisará, dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes, la actuación procesal. En caso de considerar que no est afectada por alguna causal de nulidad, así lo declarará por auto interlocutorio. Una vez en firme sólo podrán plantearse nulidades que no hayan sido alegadas en la investigación.
