PROCEDIMIENTO A SEGUIR CUANDO LA COMPETENCIA ESTE ATRIBUIDA A JUEZ SUPERIOR O DE CIRCUITO. Cuando se trate de delitos cuya competencia esté atribuida a juez superior o de circuito, el juez de instrucción criminal al proferir medida de aseguramiento, enviará el expediente al respectivo juez, solicitándole citación a audiencia pública. El juez de conocimiento seguirá el procedimiento señalado en los artículos anteriores.
