AUDIENCIA PUBLICA. Llegado el día y la hora señalados, el juez instalará la audiencia pública y leerá por secretaria la providencia que resolvió la situación jurídica. Concluida la práctica de pruebas, oirá a las partes en la forma prevista en el Artículo 496 de este Código.
