DEFINICION DE SITUACION JURÍDICA. Al resolver situación jurídica el juez ordenará las pruebas que deban practicarse en audiencia pública. Las partes podrán hasta el día de la ejecutoria formal de esta providencia. Cuando no sea posible practicarlas en audiencia pública, se adelantarán dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la ejecutoria formal del auto. En firme el auto o vencido el término anterior, según el caso, el juez fijará fecha para la celebración de audiencia que se realizará dentro de los ocho (8) días siguientes.
