CASOS QUE SE TRAMITAN POR ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO. El procedimiento establecido en este capítulo se aplicará cuando el imputado sea capturado en flagrancia, o exista confesión simple de su parte. Si fueren varios los imputados o los delitos, sólo se aplicará este procedimiento cuando respecto de todos ellos concurriere cualquiera de las circunstancias previstas en el inciso anterior.
