CLAUSURA DE LA INVESTIGACION. Vencidos los términos previstos en el Artículo 354 o perfeccionada la investigación aún antes de dicho vencimiento, el Juez o Magistrado, mediante auto de sustanciación contra el cual únicamente procede el recurso de reposición, cerrará la investigación y ordenará que el proceso quede en secretaría a disposición de las partes por el término de ocho (8) días para alegar.
