DECISION. Demostrada la violación de las garantías constitucionales o legales, el juez ordenará la libertad de la persona capturada a más tardar dentro de las cuatro (4) horas siguientes, por auto interlocutorio contra el cual no procede recurso alguno. Salvo el término de la distancia, en ningún caso el trámite y la decisión sobre el Habeas Corpus pueden exceder de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas.
