TRAMITE. Recibida la solicitud, el funcionario decretará inmediatamente una inspección a las diligencias que pudieren existir en el asunto que dio lugar a la petición que deberá practicarse a más tardar dentro de las doce (12) horas siguientes. En ningún caso se someterá a reparto la petición y conocerá de ella privativamente el funcionario ante quien se formule.
