PAGO DE MULTAS. Las cauciones que deben hacerse efectivas y las multas que se impongan en el proceso penal se depositarán en dinero a órdenes de los despachos de la Rama Jurisdiccional, en el Banco Popular de la localidad del depositante, y en el lugar donde no exista oficina del Banco Popular se hará en las oficinas de la Caja Agraria del respectivo municipio, dentro del plazo fijado por el juez.
